Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software, hardware, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by VolIoT Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

VolIoT Inc designs and operates IoT systems including embedded sensors, edge devices, cloud dashboards, and related infrastructure. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or order. These Terms supplement that agreement.

3. Your Obligations

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or to any data that is not yours.

4. Intellectual Property

VolIoT Inc retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, firmware, designs, and infrastructure that power the Services. You retain all rights to the data you generate or collect through the Services and to any deployments you own. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your data to us.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolIoT Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued provision of the Services becomes commercially impracticable. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chattanooga Tennessee.

10. SMS Program Terms

VolIoT Inc operates an SMS coordinator program that sends transactional messages on behalf of our clients to their customers.

Program Description

Messages are transactional in nature, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and quotes, sent on behalf of the client whose service you are using.

Consent and Opt-In

You receive SMS messages only after providing explicit consent — via the client’s booking or checkout form where you have opted in to receive notifications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the notifications you have enabled.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS from that program.
